STCDA by implementing its Act and regulation has carried out and assisted several projects of similar nature as below list shows:-

1. Restoration of Forodhani Garden – 2007-2009.
2. Restoration of Zanzibar High Court Building 2012-2013
3. Restoration of Bharmal Building (Zanzibar Urban Municipal Council office) 2016-2017
4. Rehabilitation of Mizingani Seafront and Promenade 2017-2018.
5. Restoration of Anglican Church (Old Slave Market) 2017-2018
6. Restoration of Chawl Building 2018-2019.
